Attack Phase – Day 3

Morning weigh in: 110.0kg

  • Daily loss : 0.7kg / 1.54lbs
  • Total loss: 2.3kg / 5.0lbs

Water check: 2.3l as at 5pm

Breakfast:

  • Microwaved egg
  • Turkey burgers x2 – about 120cal each, but SOOO yummy! Not that I’m counting calories, of course. Also? Very, very filling!
  • Milky Tea

Morning snack

  • Nuffin! the turkey burgers were too filling!

Lunch

  • One more turkey burger
  • Chicken tikka from Sainsburys – approx 236 cal worth

Afternoon snack

  • Nuthin again!

Dinner

  • Turkey burger
  • Salmon Fillet
  • Oatbran pancake
  • Dip made from two tablespoons Greek yoghurt with a half teaspoon of dijon mustard – YUM!

I also managed a 70 minute cycle today too – all the way down to Leith, round the Roseburn Path and up through Fountainbridge – uphill all the way from Leith!!

Meat is definitely more filling than carbs, as evidenced this morning after having two turkey patties for breakfast – I was totally not hungry!  I’m also feeling less of a desire for carbs – I gave away a small chocolate square I was hording in my desk to Lisa!

It helps, also, that this is the most effective diet I’ve ever been on – helps me keep away from the carbs.
