Breakfast

  • Turkey Pattie
  • Oatbran Pancake
  • Yoghurt & Mustard dip
  • Microwaved egg
  • Milky tea

Morning Snack

  • Nothing – not hungry!
  • Though I did cave and have about 2 square cms of carrot cake – hardly even a blip, but still a slight crack in the armour – I’d better be careful!

Lunch

  • Turkey burgers x2

Afternoon Snack

  • Milky coffee (no sugar)

Dinner

  • Turkey patty x 1
  • Salmon fillet
  • 2 mini oatbran pancakes with a tiny bit of maple syrup – a mistake!

I think I’m really feeling the plugging up of my gut today – sitting on my bike on my way to work this morning served up the double whammy of sore bum from the 70 minute cycle yesterday, and plugged up guts – ouch!  I think I’ll need something more than a tbsp and a half of oatbran per day – perhaps some fibre supplements might do the trick…

No light-headedness today, despite the fact that exercise + calorie intake yesterday = 74cal. I’m not feeling bloated or anything, feeling pretty good in fact! (except for the wee digestive cork…)

I am, however, very VERY much looking forward to veggies next week!

16.35 – have a mild headache – but that could be from the fact that the office is too warm and I’ve not drunk enough water today… Mouth is feeling gummy, and I do have pretty bad breath.  Might need to look into being “inelegant” and chewing some gum or something.
