Cruise Day 12 – PP

Morning weigh-in: 107.5

  • Daily loss 0.4 kg/0.88lbs
  • Total lost 4.8kg/10.56lbs

Watercheck – 2l by 10pm

Breakfast

  • 4 eggs three yolks microwaved.  I was hungry!
  • Oatbran porridge

Lunch

  • Cold chicken kebab skewers left over from last night – yum!

Afternoon snack

  • 150ml low-fat yoghurt

Dinner

  • 1 tub ham slices

Exercise: 30 minute walk, as fast as my healing knee would allow, and 15 minutes on the bike, trying to break through the stiff knee and actually, y’know, PEDAL!

I don’t think I ate enough today.  Sundays are like that, particularly Sunday nights when I have a Warcraft raid on (yes, I play World of Warcraft, and yes, my guild is a good raiding guild.  It’s my guilty secret, but I love it!)

However, I am very VERY glad I got through the Begin-Cruise-Stagnation… Exercise is most definitely key, and I’m starting to, if not enjoy, then at least not hate my cold showers to try to help burn calories!

    Would you be open to being a diet support friend?

    We have similar diet goals. Per the Dukan website, my goal should be 12st. My start weight is 16st-11lbs. I’m an American, so this:
    Start Weight = 237 lbs (107.6 kg)
    Goal Weight = 168 lbs (76 kg)
    Attack Phase = 7 days (I’m on day 5)
    Cruise = 213 days
    Consolidation = 305 days

    Oh yea, and I like spreadsheets, too. lol
