Three day Attack to make up for the wedding last weekend

Morning weigh-in: 106.1

  • Daily lost 1.1kg/2.42lbs
  • Total lost 6.2kg/13.64lbs

Watercheck – 1.5l by 4pm

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • 1 mug of milky tea
  • Muller Light Vanilla
  • Ugh, feeling very full after this breakfast.

Lunch

  • Chicken skewers
  • 1 pot of Muller Light

Afternoon snack

  • mini babybel light

Dinner

  • Forgot to eat! We got a new kitten and I was too buy playing! Take note, people, kittens are good for the diet… 😉

Another good result on the scales this morning – lowest I’ve been so far, so I think I’ve been forgiven for my sins at the wedding.  I’m sticking 100% to this diet, complete with prescribed exercise and litres of water per day.  When I look forward in time to think about consolidation, and stabilization ahead of that, I can’t even imagine preparing food in order to eat “normally” again.  The idea of making toast with *gasp* butter on it is foreign.

But at the same time, I had to go back to the fridge time after time to get more stuff to eat yesterday, because every time I added up the calories, it still wasn’t enough to break me over the 800 cal mark.
