Cruise day 24 – PP

Morning weigh-in: 105.1

  • Daily lost 0.1kg/0.22lbs
  • Total lost 7.2kg/15.84lbs

Watercheck – 1l by 1pm

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • cup of tea

morning snack

  • cup of tea

Lunch

  • Skewered chicken – about 1 breasts worth (getting a little sick of it now)
  • Muller light

Dinner

  • 4x pork medallions cooked on the George
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • low fat yoghurt with candarel and a little vanilla essence – nice, but I think I actually prefer it without the vanilla!

Exercise

  • 60 minutes walking, to and from work

Back down a bit on the scales, but not as much as I was hoping – although I got plenty of exercise yesterday, I didn’t get my walk in, and as we all know, it’s the walking that makes a difference.

So.  I walked into work today and home again – about 1hr or so of walking. Obviously the walking is faster going to work than coming back, cause I’m scared I’m going to be late… Also, I discovered Tesco pork medallions – very high in protein, and if you trim the teensy tiny bits of fat off the edges, very low in fat too. Also? Extremely tasty.  I think I’m going to try to skewer them next time, see if I can’t cook them very quickly, charring the outsides a little while keeping the insides not too dry.
