Cruise day 25 – PV

Morning weigh-in: 104.6

  • Daily lost 0.5kg/1.1lbs
  • Total lost 7.7kg/16.94lbs

Watercheck – 1.7 by 11pm

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • Scrambled eggs with ham & cherry tomatoes
  • low fat yoghurt with candarel

Lunch

  • Nothing, as I was running around after a bride at another wedding, on bridesmaid duty

Dinner

  • Salad leaves (with the dressing that came on it – it was just about the only thing I could have at the reception
  • Packet of Tesco chargrilled chicken slices – very cheekily brought to the wedding and dumped on top of my salad leaves
  • low fat yoghurt
  • About 6 diet cokes (no booze in them)
  • a few sips of champagne, for the toast I had to propose to the bride and groom

Exercise

  • 45 minutes walking around town doing errands

Well, I was determined, after seeing the results on the scales this morning, to be extra virtuous today. I had virtually no alcohol at the wedding, and diet coke only (god knows how I’ll sleep tonight after all that caffeine.)  Aside from a few sips of champagne and the dressing on the salad, which came pre-mixed, I was 100% on diet today, on a wedding day when I was a bridesmaid! that’s gotta be pretty good going, surely? 😉
