Cruise day 37 – PV

Morning weigh-in: 103.1

  • Daily lost 0.0kg/0.0lbs (no change)
  • Total lost 9.2kg/20.24lb

Watercheck – 1.9l by 11.23pm

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge (oats adjusted for muffins later on)
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Mug of milky teaHealthy vege for grazing on

Morning snack

  • Box of raw chopped veggies (sweet pepper, carrot & celery) for grazing on all day, with a plain fat-free yoghurt and wholegrain mustard dip.

Lunch

  • Fajita chicken chunks
  • more raw vege, without dip (which turned out to be a little too mustardy.
  • Mini babybel light

Afternoon snack

  • Muller light

Dinner

  • Quarter chicken at Nandos, no skin or outer part of wings

Cinema snack

  • 2x chocolate oatbran muffins

Exercise (easy today)

  • 25 minute cycle
  • 30 minutes brisk walking to and from cinema (Inception is the best film I’ve seen this year, by far)

So, I’m able to gauge my energy levels increasingly by how easy it is for me to cycle up the hill from work.  Yesterday was difficult, today was easy.  I don’t know if it has anything to do with whether it’s a PP or a PV day – I’m going to start charting this too.

    Hi Charlotte love your blog,

    Ooh I had peppers today and did a yoghurt and garlic sauce to dip into with a splash of lemon juice and pinch of salt. Very garlicy but that’s how I like it! One thing I miss is chilliheatwave doritos and dip of any kind….
