  • Daily lost -0.3kg/0.66lbs
  • Total lost 10kg/22lb

  • Oatbran porridge
  • Microwaved eggs x2
  • Cup of coffee with sweetener – ick!


  • I don’t seem to manage very well having lunch on weekends – usually breakfast happens so late that it feels a bit wrong having a lunch and dinner so close together… So, no lunch today.

Afternoon snack

  • Mini babybel light


  • Chicken Fajita pieces – still not sick of em! 😉
  • Muller light vanilla


  • 25 minute walk + 5min jog in the morning
  • 20 minutes weight training in the morning (upper body)
  • another 35 minute walk in the evening

It’s funny how a week ago, if I had have seen 102.3kg on the scales, I’d have been doing backflips of joy, but today seeing it makes me a little disappointed.  But remembering that last week it’d have been brilliant, is enough to keep the disappointment at bay – it’s all relative! I’m due for a backslide in my five day cycle anyway.

So, I was out on my post-brekky walk this morning, and  it happened again – the need to start jogging.  Hurray for better bra! It always seems to happen when Shake Your Groove Thing comes on the iPod – I last about 20 seconds at a walk, before I have to start running.  My version of the song is 5m30s long, and I can’t stop jogging (slowly and gently of course) until the song ends.  I think it’s time to scour through my iTunes for some more Must Run songs! 🙂

Anyway, I ALMOST got home from the walk when I passed the turn-off to my gym, just 5 mins out of my way. “what the hell?” I thought, so in I went, and did some upper body weights training.  I suspect as the weather gets gloomier come winter, I might end up in there a bit more often…

    You are Doing so well, especially with the exercise! I’m restarting the Dukan after returning from holidays!
