Cruise day 43 – PV

Morning weigh-in: 101.4

  • Daily lost 0.7kg/1.54lbs
  • Total lost 10.9kg/23.98lb

Watercheck – 2.4l by 21.37pm

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • Microwaved eggs x1
  • Cup of milky tea

Morning snack

  • Some vege from my carrot/celery/capsicum grazing box, along with some fat-free yoghurt/garlic/onion dip
  • 1x mini chocolate oatbran muffin

Lunch

  • Pork patties & leftover skewered chicken pieces with cottage cheese & Cauliflower mash
  • more vege from my veggie grazing box, with dip

Afternoon snack

  • 1x mini chocolate oatbran muffin
  • cup of coffee

Dinner

  • Small handful of chicken fajita pieces
  • mini babybel light

Exercise

  • 25 minute cycle to and from work
  • 30 minute walk + 5min run around the Meadows

A loss of 0.7kg!? Wow.  Whatever I did yesterday, whether it was the one-egg-less for breakfast, the cottage cheese or the 2 litres of Evian, something certainly worked, for me to get this kind of loss on the scales .  I  replicated my method today (though it’s a PV day so I can’t do it exactly) but I fully expect for the scales to bounce back a little tomorrow morning – I’ve come to understand that this kind of bulk loss, mostly water weight, usually rebounds and then falls again more gently.  What it DOES do is set a new bar lower – another mini goal to get past.  I kinda expect to stay in the 101kgs for a few days yet.

But secretly, of course, I’m hoping the scales make a liar out of me in the morning… 😉
