Morning weigh-in: 101.3

  • Daily LOSS 0.2kg/0.44lbs
  • Total lost 11kg/24.2lb

Watercheck – 1.4l by 12.41pm

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 1x microwaved egg
  • Cup of milky tea

Morning snack

  • Chocolate oatbran muffin
  • Cup of milky coffee
  • Carrot, celery & capsicum from my veggie grazing box

Lunch

  • Small handful of leftover skewered chicken fajita thigh pieces
  • Beef Bolognese (leftover frozen stuff – recipe adapted from Gentlemonkey’s)
  • mini babybel light

Afternoon snack

  • Chocolate oatbran muffin
  • cup of milky coffee

Dinner

  • Lean beef burger pattie, with tomato & babybel light grilled ontop – thanks J! 🙂

Exercise

  • 25 minute cycle for daily commute
  • 30 mins walking around Meadows +8 minutes runnin!

Yay – result on the scales – the lowest yet since beginning Pierre Dukan’s method.  I am now officially .5kg away from my lowest point in two years – HURRAY!  Party once I break through 100.8 – who’s with me?

Actually, the party will really come when I break through 100kg – and stay under 100kg!

  1. Yes, I’ve been eyeing off that pizza… But I think that if I’m going to steer clear of things like Pizza, I’ll try to hold on until Consolidation, and do it then for my celebration meal. I have a breadmaker that’s been sorely underused for the last 9 weeks, and it has a pizza dough setting… *drool*

    • LOL. For a celebration meal during consolidation, you’d be as well getting a “real” pizza instead of the weird hybrid of omelette, bran cake and a frittata that is known as “The Dukan Pizza” 😉
