Cruise day 53 – PP

Morning weigh-in: 99.8

  • Daily loss 0.1kg/0.22lbs
  • Total lost 12.5kg/27.5lb

Watercheck – 2.1l by 21.35

Breakfast – Was up far too late for breakfast.  Hurray for sleeping in! 🙂

Lunch

  • 4x lean beef sausages
  • low fat cottage cheese
  • coffee with milk and sweetener

Afternoon snack

  • Cup of tea with milk

Dinner

  • Fillet steak
  • low fat cottage cheese

Exercise

  • 33 minute walk around the Meadows (no running)

Not much to report – though does it count as cheating if I don’t actually weigh myself until 1pm? after not having anything to eat all morning cause I was lazing in bed? I can easily drop 500g in water weight and respiration in that time! Whatevs, I’m taking that loss and calling it my own… 😉
