Cruise day 57 – PV

Morning weigh-in: 99.2

  • Daily loss 0.1kg/0.22lbs
  • Total lost 13.1kg/28.82lb

Watercheck – 2.8l by 21.00 – incl tea and tapwater (and, ok, a little Ribena to help it go down)

Breakfast

  • 2x microwaved egg
  • oatbran porridge (reduced oatbran to compensate for muffins later)
  • cup of tea

Morning snack

  • Cup of tea
  • Chocolate oatbran muffin
  • *late morning snack* – mini babybel light

Lunch

  • 2 spicy lean beef sausage
  • 2 spicy lean beef patty (made from the same meat as the custom lean sausages from the butcher)
  • 3 tbsp of J’s Brilliant Salsa
  • 1 Alli pill (to counteract some of the fat in the sausages)

Afternoon snack

  • Muller light

Dinner

  • pork meatballs baked in a tomato/onion/garlic sauce

Exercise

  • 25 min cycle to and from work
  • 43 min walk around the Meadows

So yesterday, I did everything by the book, but tried to limit my portion sizes, and all I got was a .1kg loss (fickle, me? NO!)

I’ve only lost a total of .5kg in the last 7 days – almost an all-time low.

So I think I’ll try a different approach today.  I’m gonna go crazy on the unlimited foods for a few days – lots of meat, chicken etc.  I’m going to help the fatty bits go down with a bit of Alli.

*sigh* I think I’m entering a stagnation period.  Bring on the Whoosh…

    Hello again

I dont know if you live in the Uk, but Sainsbury’s sell flavoured water 2 cal, 0.2 carbs, and trace of fat and salt per 100ml! The different flavours certainly help the water go down.
