Oops.  Was kinda expecting a bounceback like that, but now that my weight loss is now below 30lbs again, I find myself a little sheepish that I treated myself to a £50 haircut as a reward for 30lbs lost…  Och well.  The hair does look faaaabulous though.

Late getting up this morning – err, I mean, afternoon.  Good party last night, though my feet are hurting from those ridiculous heels I forced them into. Heels are dumb.

Today was a lovely quiet one at home – J & I did a little housework (though I’m not entirely sure it counts as exercise for the day, but it will have to) and I feel like I’ve spent all evening cooking meat in various forms for the next couple of days of attack. Lots of chicken fajita pieces in my future, I think.

I’m not expecting a rousing result on the scales tomorrow, but we can hope! 🙂

  1. Who cares about yesterday! I bet you had a great time and you only went up 0.3 🙂
    We are only human and we need to release sometimes. You are doing so well on your overall ‘journey’ that a transgression here and there might set you back a day or two, but if we didn’t have them I believe we would go crazy!
