Fifteen kilos lost in just over 10 weeks – awesome!  Despite forgetting to bring eggs to work today for part of my normal breakfast, it felt like I had an awful lot to eat today, but looking at the list above, I didn’t really.  I’ve been hanging out for veggies since my mini-attack to make up for last weekend, and loved every moment of my salad and soup today for lunch and dinner.

Let it not be said that a mini-attack can put you back on track.  5 days of 60mins of walking per day, and as strictly protein only as possible, and I’ve lost 2kg (4.4lbs) this week.  I’m absolutely expecting a bounce upwards on the scales tomorrow morning after all the vege today, but with such solid progress recently, I can assure you that it won’t get me down. 🙂

Tomorrow I’ve got a work lunch thing, which is catered with sandwiches which of course I can’t eat (well, ok.  I can eat them.  I just can’t if I want to keep losing weight…) I cooked myself a chicken & veggie stirfry tonight to eat tomorrow while everyone else is chowing down on their sarnies.  Not technically correct on a PP day, but I really wanted something almost normal looking for lunch.  Everyone is going to be super-jealous… 😉
