Morning weigh-in: 95.3kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.8kg/1.76lbs

  • oatbran porridge
  • Full cooked breakfast with 2 lean beef sausages, 2.5 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of bacon with all the fat cut off, 4 cherry tomatoes cut in half & grilled (felt full afterwards!)
  • Mug of tea

Afternoon snack

  • Muller light


  • chicken & vegetable soup

Late evening snack

  • Mini babybel light


  • 60 mins cycle around Braid Hill – lots of steep inclines!
  • 30 mins walking to and from Craig Hill’s comedy show.

Oh Wow.  Wow wow wow.  I was hoping to be down in the 95s today, but wasn’t expecting that impressive a drop! Yesterday was a very good day, diet wise.  I know that the fact that I had no TFs yesterday means that I probably used up all my excess glycogen stores and dropped a lot of water-weight with that, and I also know that tomorrow I’ll bounce up a bit because today is a protein+vege day, but still – yay! 🙂

    New favorite recipe: Chicken Curry

    Turned out just like it looks in the pic. Couldn’t eat it all, so I put the rest in 2 snack baggies for tomorrow! MMM!
