Cruise day 96 – PP

Morning weigh-in: 92.8kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.5kgs / 1.1lbs
  • Total lost 19.5kg/42.9lbs

Watercheck – 1.6l

Breakfast

  • oatbran porridge with cinnamon
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Cup of tea

Lunch

  • leftover fajita chicken
  • Lemon & herb seasoned chicken (using Nando’s seasoning)

Afternoon snack

  • Mini babybel light
  • Ham-crisps
  • Muller light
  • Lemon & herb seasoned chicken

Dinner

  • Sirloin steak

Exercise

  • 30 mins on the cross trainer
  • 30 mins brisk walking around the Meadows

I had the serious munchies today.  I had to work hard to resist bad stuff, like Doritos chips in the cupboard, and extra tolerated foods like babybels and muller lights.  I ended up making lots of the ham crisps, and then had to bust some extra chicken out of the freezer for an afternoon snack.

But I got in some good exercise today too – here’s hoping it’ll all pay off tomorrow morning on the scales!  After another good result today, just a teensy bit more tomorrow will bring me back to my lowest weight ever.  I’m still tantalisingly close to having lost 20 kgs – I’d have been there already had it not been for my transgressions while my friends were visiting…  Och well, it was well worth it for the catch-up pints! 😉

  2. Yay, you’re back on track and soon you will be seeing the magic 89 point something on the scale 🙂
I love reading your blog and I think it is amazing how active you are. I definitaly need to get more exercise in !
I’ve been doing really well so far but I’m going back home to Iceland for a wedding in October and I’m really worried that it will mess with my plan big time. Also have a course in England after that and then an intensive Dutch course where I will be staying for one week at a hotel where all meals are inclusive !!!
Bahhhhhh, why can’t my life just be boring and routine when I’m doing a diet, hehehe 🙂
