Cruise day 102 – PV

Morning weigh-in: 91.7kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.8kgs / 1.76lbs
  • Total lost 20.6kg/45.32lbs

Watercheck –1.5l

Breakfast

  • oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • 2x lean beef sausages
  • Cup of coffee with sweetener

Morning snack

  • Skinny Cow hot chocolate

Late lunch/early dinner

  • 12 oz sirloin steak with mixed salad
  • 1 small glass of red wine

Evening snack

  • 2x Danone chocolate pudding – fat free and mostly sugar free – and less carbs/sugar/calories than muller light.  A treat really. 🙂

Exercise

  • 30 mins gentle walking into around around town with J
  • 40 mins brisk walking around the Meadows

Phew! And we’re back to losing weight again, thank goodness.  It’s been a good day.  J and I went into town and tried out a new steak and seafood restaurant – Wildfire.  OMG the steak was amazing.  I’ll admit to having a wee bit of wine, but only a teensy tiny glass, we were celebrating our two years (which is tomorrow).

Unfortunately I also discovered a new pudding today – fat-free, artificially sweetened (with a bit of sugar) chocolatey goodness. Ooom nom nom nom.  Gonna have to be careful not to over indulge on that one…

  1. Brilliant!

Back on the wagon and cruising towards the goal — that’s it!

Plan your meals, get in the groceries, keep focussed at office meetings and other key testing times, and it just works.

Funny how when you find a diet that actually gets physical results, the biggest issue is psychological! LOL! Dukan should be a martial art; it’s so devious and subtle!

Ah, grasshopper, fat on fat off. You are the Dukan Kid! Focus! Copy Lauren from Oz and do the lotus while you burn away your love handles using the power of the mind!

PS a toast to life and love and changing together; J and you seems to be enjoying the shared journey, and y’know, there’s nothing better than that really. Long may that continue! West Coast Hugs!

  3. Great to hear that you are back on track, luckily for me the variety of fat free puddings and other temptations is NON here in the NL so I rarely get tempted. Keep up the good work 🙂
