  • Daily LOSS 0.3kgs / 0.66lbs
  • Total lost 20.9kg/ 45.98lbs

Watercheck – 2.3l – 1 cup of coffee, 2 glasses of diet coke and a litre of water.

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs with 2 extra whites, leftover from making the chocolate custard pud
  • mug of coffee

Morning snack

  • Chocolate custard pudding (yum yum yum – and barely even a tolerated food!)

  • Leftover chicken & vege stirfry with ginger

Afternoon snack

  • Grazing from an identical snackbox as yesterday – chicken nuggets & cold cuts of ham, roast beef & pastrami

  • 1/2 Nando’s chicken.

Cinema snack

  • 200ml pot of homemade chocolate custard – it’s SO good!

  • 35 mins cycling to and from work (I forgot something halfway in AGAIN, and had to go back for it – hence the extra time.)
  • 25 min walk to and from cinema

Another Model Dukan Day.  The only bad thing about today was the frightful movie we went to see – Ben Affleck’s latest masturbatory effort, The Town.  Anyone seen that South Park episode with HHennifer Hhhlopezth?  The bit about Ben Affleck Spooge? Well, that’s what that film was – Ben Affleck spooge.

He’s not even that pretty anymore, so I had noone to drool over even.  Disappointed.

But not disappointed in my day, diet wise! I was full all day, but I ate mostly meat, along with the vege at lunchtime.  The homemade chocolate custard is a total hit with my belly and tastebuds, though I had to use a sieve to get rid of the tiny lumpy bits – I’m still learning how to avoid the lumpy bits…

The other good thing about making the custard is that I make it by using the yolks and setting aside the whites.  This means that I can use the extra whites the next day in my scrambled eggs (as they’re unlimiteds) and all of a sudden I’m THAT much fuller after breakfast at work, and THAT much less tempted to touch the chocolate biscuits in the kitchen at work.

Speaking of which – there was another big meeting today at work, and the biscuits we used were my VERY favorites – the M&S Chocolate Biscuit selection. YUM! But because I’d had SO much protein, I wasn’t at ALL tempted by any of that stuff, even though I had to clean up the leftovers afterwards (we’re a bit thin on the ground, staff wise, at work)

So. Good day. Hurray!

Well done Charlotte! You resisted the temptation at work – I am proud of you!
It seems you had a great day.

  2. You are doing great, I´m so happy to see that you are back on track and I know that you will soon be joining me in the eighty something club !

This chocolate custard, do you have a recipe for it somewhere. Sounds kind of good 🙂

    • Yep, I’ll have to post a recipe, though the method’s not quite perfected yet… it always comes out lumpy, and my boss just told me off (she’s low-carbing too, but is diabetic so can’t do Dukan) for using a sieve to get rid of the lumps rather than just making non-lumpy custard. Sorry, but it’s pretty hard if you’re not using Birds Custard Powder!!

Yes, I will attempt to post a recipe soon, and see if anyone has any suggestions for improving the method.
