Cruise day 108 – PP

Morning weigh-in: 91.0kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.4kgs / 0.88lbs
  • Total lost 21.3kg/ 46.86lbs

Watercheck – 1.4l –

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs with THREE extra whites, leftover from making the chocolate custard pud
  • mug of coffee

Lunch

  • Christmas taster session at the hotel across the road – I was pretty full from breakfast but nibbled on the meaty bits from the buffet, but did have a half mug of mulled wine with it all

Afternoon snack

  • Homemade chocolate custard pudding – am now very full!

Dinner

  • Thai salmon fishcakes – omg yum.  Recipe definitely forthcoming
  • 2 mini babybel lights
  • 2 spoonfuls of icecream (oops)

Exercise

  • 25 mins cycling to and from work
  • 25 min walk to and from the shops

Wow.  So, y’know how Dukan says that you can have unlimited egg whites and that they’re pure protein and protein is really filling?  Well, he was right – was he EVER right! I basically had FIVE egg whites and 2 eggs for brekkie today, and I could barely face a yummy Christmas Taster buffet with stacks of meaty bits!

Anyway, I had an excellent day today, diet wise – right up until the end where the chocolate custard I made turned out gross, so I had two tablespoons of Ben and Jerrys and then two mini babybel lights.

Oh well…

I will definitely have to publish the thai salmon fishcakes recipe.  They were delish!
