  • 25 mins cycling to and from work
  • 40 mins walk around the Meadows

Hurray! Back down to my lowest weight so far on Dukan.  Just another 600g till my next mini-goal, 89.9.  I’d really like to get there by Saturday morning before my mum leaves! I have two PP days ahead of me tomorrow and on Friday, so I think if I’m very well behaved, I just might manage it.

Very high-energy day today – cycling home from work was super-easy, and I went up a totally steep hill in 4th gear, when I usually go up it in 1st!  I didn’t have much time for my walk, cause I wanted to spend as much quality time with my mum as possible (and I walk too fast for her to join me!) but I did the whole thing in my Shapeups,  and my “abbreviated” course went by super fast – my normal 45 minute route only took 40 mins.  I love days like this.

The chocolate custard recipe is coming, I PROMISE! And the savoury mince recipe too.  It’s been a busy week…
