  • 2 grilled chicken breasts


  • 25 mins cycling to and from work
  • 5 hours walking around town, shopping with my mum and carrying around heaps of bags!

A good day  – no change on the scales, but that’s understandable after two days of PV.  There was no transgressing today, except maybe for the skinny latte at afternoon tea time – but we’d been walking ALL day!

In other (very thrilling) news, I bought myself an icecream maker today!  The tub is in the freezer, and I’ve made up the chocolate custard mix to go in it for tomorrow when it’s time to ice that cream! SO exciting!

I didn’t get my fast walk around the Meadows in today, but I’m hoping that my FIVE HOUR walk makes up for that… I was SO tired by the time we got home, but then, I was carrying a lot of shopping bags, and who KNEW an icecream maker could be so HEAVY!? 😉

  1. Hi there! Aw, so nice you had time with your mother. Mums are great for going shopping with, aren’t they — and bet you needed loads of transitional clothing bargains as a result of Dukaneering off the clothing rails.

    The Salvation Army must have had to take on extra people to sort out all the stuff our lot have donated in the past 6 months!

    Next thing you know, you’ll be happily stuck in the 80s, only not like Boy George (hopefully) LOL!
