Morning weigh-in: 90.3kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.2kgs / 0.44lbs

Watercheck – 1.8l

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Mug of tea

Lunch

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts

Afternoon tea

  • chocolate custard pudding
  • Hot chocolate with sweetener

Dinner

  • 8-9 mini chicken kebab sticks from sainsburys – very low in fat and carbs!
  • 2 cosmopolitans – the last night my mum before she leaves tomorrow – we had to celebrate!
  • a few mouthfuls of homemade chocolate icecream as it was thickening (yum yum yum)
  • a pot of delish chocolate pudding – bad bad bad. I saw them again at sainsburys and didn’t resist. They’re so yummy, though I guess they’re about as bad as a Muller Light.

Exercise

  • 25 mins cycling to and from work
  • 30 mins walk around the massive retail complex out at Straiton near the Ikea.

It was a mostly good day, though a very long one in the end.  My mum leaves tomorrow (boo) which means that I need to get back into my routine again (yay – kinda).  I don’t think I’m going to hit my target of 89.9 by tomorrow morning, not after the little bad things I had today, like the cosmo drinks and the Delish choco pud.  Och well.  She reads this blog (hi mum!) so she’ll know when I hit 89.9… 🙂
