Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x scrambled eggs
  • mug of tea

Morning snack

  • 2x lean beef sausages
  • lean beef burger pattie

Lunch

  • lean beef burger pattie x2
  • lean beef sausages x2
  • Natural yoghurt with a little sweetener

Afternoon snack

  • sugarfree sweet
  • mini babybel light
  • Mini pepperami light

Dinner

  • Savoury mince with fat-free fromage frais and a little salsa
  • Natural yoghurt with sweetener

Exercise

  • 25 minute cycle to and from work
  • No other exercise, had to work

I was a pretty good Dukaneer today.  Lots of food – but all of it totally on-menu and low in fat.  No sneaky wafer biscuits.  Just good food.

Didn’t get my walk in today, alas.  I had a stack of freelance work to do ahead of a meeting tomorrow, so this evening was devoted to that.

Not to worry, I’m feeling upbeat and positive.  I have to shake this stagnation sometime soon.
