Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x scrambled eggs
  • 3x grilled bacon medallions (all the fat drained away)
  • mug of coffee

Morning snack

  • Microwaved cheese crisp

Lunch

  • Nothing, the day got away from me

Afternoon snack

  • Microwaved cheese crisp

Dinner

  • Chicken tikka kebabs, made from this recipe but with less oil and an extra lemon. New. Best. Favourite. Recipe!!

Exercise

  • Umm… Nothing. I had an Official Lazing At Home day.  And it was glorious.  Got my Death Knight into Northrend, finally (Warcraft reference, s’ok)

It’s official! I’m down 50lbs in 138 days total (my Attack was 8 days long).  Thankyou Dr Dukan! 🙂

But more importantly, thank you to ALL of you, dear readers.  You’ve kept me motivated, you’ve kept me sane, you’ve kept me going, and you’ve kept me accountable.  I can’t even begin to express how important this blog, and all of you, have been to me on this journey.  If anyone out there is thinking about starting a blog like this, or like any of the others in our little community (many of whom are linked to in my sidebar – I love you guys!) I can’t recommend it enough.  It’s hard to describe that little “zing” you get when someone comments, with encouraging words or with advice, or sometimes with a kick up the bum.  My fellow bloggers will know what I mean by this.

So a huge thank you to everyone, you’re all fabulous!
