Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • mug of coffee

Lunch

  • Chicken tikka mini fillets, marinated overnight and grilled
  • 1 packet of Matheson’s Fridge Raider chicken bites
  • 1 microwaved cheese crisp

Afternoon snack

  • fat free natural yoghurt with sweetener
  • 1 packet of Fridge Raiders

Dinner

  • Yet more chicken tikka kebabs.  Not sick of em yet… 😉
  • fat free greek yoghurt with sweetener and cocoa
  • microwaved cheese crisp

Exercise

  • 25 minute cycle to and from work (in the FREEZING cold! BRR!)

Wow, we’re really cooking with gas now! Down another .2 kg, and down 1.7kgs since this time last week.  I’ve also passed my last milestone with very little pomp, as I realised this morning – 89.2kgs was my lowest weight in 5 years, recorded in June 2005.  I’m lower than that point now.

Next milestone is to get below 84.2, which is my lowest ever recorded weight, back in 1998.  I think that in my entire (adult) life, I dipped under 80kgs just once, when I had my wisdom teeth out and couldn’t really eat anything. I don’t have a date for that, but I was about 17 or so – which would have been 1994, maybe 1993.

I think  Bella had a good idea in her blog – she’s got her mini goals in her sidebar to help remind her of where she’s been and where she’s going. Hence my wee blog update, to give you an idea of the road ahead, and the journey already undertaken.

    Your well in the eighties now and I´m sure that you will NEVER see the nineties again ! For the last few years I´ve always started somekind of a diet/gym thingy in September/October in hope of starting the new year in the eighties. Now it´s October and I´m already there and getting really close to the seventies. I just can´t wait to start the new year in the seventies, LOVE LOVE the Dukan diet 🙂

    You and your blogroll friends are an inspiration. I’m not the journal writing type but I like reading the blogs as it helps to keep me going. I, too, love this diet. Have lost 12 kg so far.

    hi charlotte. i know liberty has been trying to access both of simons sites too. we dont have his email address so will probably have to wait till he goes on and sees that there is a problem – hopefully he will sort it out. Thing is, he doesnt actually go on his sites that much, so we could be waiting a while.
