Cruise day 137 – PV

Morning weigh-in 89.9kgs

  • Total lost 22.4kg/ 49.28lbs

Watercheck – 2l

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • mug of coffee

Lunch

  • Chicken drumstick meat (no skin)
  • cheese crisp

Dinner

  • Lemon & rosemary roasted chicken thighs with roasted pumpkin (it’s nearly Halloween, after all)
  • quarter of a cheese crisp shared with dinner guests.

Exercise

  • 15 mins on the bike to and from the supermarket
  • 15 mins walk back from the cinema

Ugh, it’s been a rocky week.  I was off sick on Wednesday, and sickness coupled with bad eating habits and not much exercise led to a significant water spike.  I did jump back up into the 90s, I’ll admit it, but I’m back down again now, and have had an exemplary Dukan day, long may it continue.
