Cruise day 144 – PV

Morning weigh-in 89.4kgs

  • Daily LOSS– 0.5kgs / 1.1lbs.
  • Total lost 22.9kg/ 50.38lbs

Watercheck – 2l including coffee, diet coke & water.

Brunch

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Mug of coffee with sweetener

Snacks throughout the day

  • 2x mug of tea
  • cheese crisp

Tapas style dinner with

  • Chicken fajita nuggets
  • Thai salmon fishcakes (which are yummy but I think I’m a bit over them now)
  • Raw veggie sticks (cucumber, carrot, celery & red capsicum)
  • Home made salsa made by J
  • Low fat home made dip from this recipe

Exercise

  • Nada

Well, at least I was down again today on the scales.  I had a pretty lazy day, but a good day.  One needs days like this, right? 😉
