Cruise day 145 – PV

Morning weigh-in 89.3kgs

  • Daily LOSS– 0.1kgs / 0.22lbs.
  • Total lost 23kg/ 50.6lbs

Watercheck – 2l including coffee, diet coke & water.


  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x scrambled eggs
  • 1x lean beef sausage
  • 4 small grilled cherry tomatoes
  • Mug of tea

Snacks throughout the day

  • “Shapes” fat-free chocolate pudding with sweeteners x2


  • Chicken parcels stuffed with quark and wrapped with ham.
  • Veggie sticks with skinny dip


  • 50 minutes walking to and from the supermarket

Today it was more convenient to do another PV day, which means I’ve had more PV days than PP days in the past 7 days.  I kinda expect to go up a bit in the morning, but that’s cool.  I’m balancing things out with three PP days from tomorrow – and as strict as I can manage.

In other news – can you BELIEVE that Wagner is still in the XFactor? Ugh, what a sleaze bag.  J is kinda rooting for him now, because he loves the idea of Wagner being in the running to get Christmas number one, which of course he won’t end up actually getting – anything to annoy Simon Cowell I think… 😉 I can get on board with that.  We’re really only watching now for Rebecca and Matt, who are both ffaaaaahhhbulous darlink…  Especially now that Treyc is gone – one of the most consistent, powerhouse singers on the show.  I hope it’s given her the boost she needs to make it big now though…

    I agree – I was inspired by it to make a sort of brunch. I had eggs, haloumi cheese and turkey sausage!!! Delicious!!!
    The fat free choccie pudding – mmmmmmm. Why do u have to add sweeteners by the way??

    • Fat free choccie pud – sorry, I wrote that wrong. The pud has sweetners in it (along with a little sugar) and I had two tubs throughout the day, not two sweeteners!! 😉

      Haloumi – are you able to get low fat haloumi? So jealous!! 🙂
