Cruise day 150 – PP

Morning weigh-in 89.3kgs – WHOOSH!

  • Daily LOSS – 0.7kgs / 1.54lbs.
  • Total lost 23kg/ 50.6lbs

Watercheck – 2.8l inc 2l of Evian, tea and tap water.

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x scrambled eggs
  • Mug of tea

Lunch

  • Turkey breast fajita nuggets

Afternoon snack

  • one tiny chocolate finger biscuit.  It was a loooong busy day!

Dinner

  • Chicken fajita peices with old el paso smokey bbq seasoning – I felt like a treat
  • mini babybel light

Exercise

  • 25 mins cycling to and from work

Hurray! Now we’re really heading in the right direction.  It wasn’t a perfect day, but it wasn’t entirely bad either. OK, so I had a small chocolate biscuit, and I had Old El Paso seasoning on my chicken, and the only exercise I got was cycling to and from work (but I cycled HARD!) but I’m feeling good about things.  No stressing, Ruth, I swear. 😉

Back to two days of PV over the weekend – I’m going out for lunch on Saturday with some fellow Dukaneers (Liberty and Jo from Simon’s forum) and I think there’s plans for some alcohol.  I will try and abstain, and instead eat just a big, juicy steak.  Plus, it’s my birthday on Sunday, so we’re going out for breakfast and I’m going to have a few bad things, like baked beans.  Can’t not have baked beans in a cooked birthday breakfast!

      Hi Charlotte. well done!!!!!
      Day 42 for hubby and I…..He has lost 11 kilos and I have lost 13.6 kilos!!!!! 🙂 Went to Birkenhead point yesterday, shopping with the girls (12 of us in 3 cars) and walked around the shops for about 5 hours. I had grilled salmon with a low-fat cream cheese and dill dressing with rocket and 2 lovely thin asparagus spears. The only one not drinking wine for a change but a coke zero (diet coke). It was sooooo hot and I perspired quite a bit and had a “whoosh” loss this morning of .6 kilos. Should go shopping like that more often hehe… Keep sending your very motivating blog. 🙂
