Cruise day 152 – PV

Morning weigh-in 88.5kgs – WHOOSH again!

  • Daily LOSS – 0.4kgs / 0.88lbs.
  • Total lost 23.8kg/ 52.36lbs

Watercheck – 1.5l inc water, diet coke & orange juice

Brunch

  • Full cooked Scottish breakfast with haggis, tomato, baked beans, bacon, tattie scone, poached eggs but no toast – it was my birthday and I’ve been really looking forward to haggis

Lunch

  • Grazing throughout the day on bad stuff – leftover munchies from last night

Dinner

  • Half a meat pizza.  Followed by a carb hangover – I felt fuzzy, headachey and gross.  Why do I do that to myself?

Exercise

  • 30 minute walk to and from the brunch cafe

Yep, Pizza, I know. Bad.  And the carb hangover was even worse – I was ready for bed by 9.30pm.

Not to worry, I have a couple of days of PP coming up, and after my lunch with my Dukan friends yesterday, I’m feeling really motivated. Yes, despite the pizza, I’m feeling motivated.  I’m going to try to get to the gym every day this week (well, mon-thurs) and take Ruth’s advice via email today about seeing how many days I can go without slipping up.

Hi, my name’s Charlotte, and I’ve been carb free for less than a day.
