Cruise day 157 – PP

Morning weigh-in 88.4kgs

  • Daily LOSS – 0.5kgs / 1.1lbs.
  • Total lost 23.9kg/ 52.58lbs

Watercheck – .4l incl tea


  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • 1x chipolata sausage (leftovers from last night)
  • Mug of tea

Morning snack

  • Mug of tea
  • half a Twirl (yeah yeah.)


  • 4x chipolata sausage and one lean pork sausage (no added carbs for padding)
  • 1 tiny segment of Terry’s Chocolate Orange (am I losing the Chocolate Battle?)

Afternoon snack

  • Chocolate delish pudding (fat free and low (but not zero) sugar)


  • 3 Gin & diet tonics
  • Ashamed to say – I didn’t have any (non-alcoholic) dinner.  Not a good habit to get into.  I was busy working on my costume for my joint birthday party tomorrow night, and kinda didn’t get around to it.


  • 25 minute cycle to and from work

Oh yeah! I’m down to my lowest weight since starting Dukan!

Oh noes! I had chocolate today! Bad Charlotte, no cookie (not that I’d be allowing myself cookie anyway) And I also skipped dinner.  Naughty naughty.  Though I wasn’t really hungry, tbh.

  1. Wow, I wish I could be as focused and stay motivated like you, you are doing so well.

    I have neglected my blog and found that in doing that I’ve gone off track a little with the diet – time to start working on the blog again and back on track with the diet again.

    23.9kg is a huge loss – you are doing fantastic! Well done!

    You seem to be back cruising to your target weight. We were talking to pal whose on cruise recently, and it came out that the wee discrepancies are like car brakes, they can slow your loss down, and even bring you to a stop (consolidation). Can you tell that he’s into cars and bikes? LOL. He loves that this diet regime is so forgiving and easy to do. There is a lot of anti-Dukan press coming our way as we are entering the festives and the diet and gym industry just loves January blues. Weightwatchers have changed to a more Dukan approach apparently… it’s war we tell ye!

    Keep up the good work one day at a time!
