Catch up

So I had a bit of a blow out this weekend – another party at my place (joint birthday party for me and a friend) and I ate carby carby foods – had a curry with naan, had a tortilla, had some froyo icecream at the cinema, not to mention munching on crisps and chocolate at the party, plus booze.

Not my proudest hour. Or even my proudest weekend.

I’m up a bit on the scales – weighed in this morning at 89.0kgs – and I’m home sick today with the dreaded D&V bug, but as of tomorrow, I’m back on the wagon.  Just thought I’d check in to let you know that I’m not off the grid.
