Morning weigh-in 89.0kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.7kg / 1.54lbs
  • Total lost 23.3kg/ 51.26lbs

Watercheck –1.4l incl Coffee, tea & water

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • 3x chipolata sausages with the fat grilled out of them
  • Mug of tea

Lunch

  • Chicken fajita pieces

Afternoon snack

  • 2x Chocolate fat free puds

Dinner

  • Chicken fajita pieces
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, 1 carrot cut into sticks, and half a capsicum in strips, dipped in:
  • dip made from fat free greek yoghurt and a little natural yoghurt to thin it out, with paprika, garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper.

Exercise

  • 15 min walk to and from the shops – the pavements are treacherous out there in the snow!

An alright day food-wise, and I’m happy with the results on the scales.  Though not so good with the whole snow thing – it makes life hard to get out and exercise.  The snow’s pretty though!  Here’s a view from our flat this afternoon:

It’s still coming down now, just as heavy as before.  Gonna walk into work tomorrow – that should be a work out and a half, trying not to fall over!! 😉

Clicks on the iphone clicker app today – 5.  Not bad, considering I even went to the shops.  The queue for the checkout is the hardest part – running the gauntlet – all those sweets, chockies and crisps.  I was strong, however.  Catfood, milk & eggs – that’s all I got! 🙂
