Morning weigh-in 88.7kgs

Watercheck –1.7 incl tea & water

Breakfast

  • Oatbran porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • 1x chipolata sausages with the fat grilled out of it
  • Mug of tea

Morning snack

  • Mug of tea
  • 1x chipolata sausage

Lunch

  • Chicken fajita pieces
  • 2x chipolata sausages
  • chocolate fat free low sugar pud

Dinner

  • 3x sausages
  • 12x mini Chicken satay sticks

Exercise

  • 80 mins of  slow, careful walking to and from work in the snow – a bit hair-raising!

It didn’t feel like a great day for diet today.  Too many sausages, but it was all I could do to not hoe into the home-made bread that I cooked for J the other day, and have a nice hot cuppa tea and toast with marmalade.  So the day could have been worse.

Walking to and from work was the most scary experience in quite some time.  I’ve ordered some “urban crampons” to help me walk on the icy compacted snow on the pavements (check em out!) which should make things easier – if they ever arrive!!
