More mega headaches today from the re-attack.  And here’s something weird – it’s lunchtime now and I’m feeling physically hungry in the belly, while also feeling physically FULL in the belly – a very odd sensation.

10.30pm update – headaches have abated, after well over 3 litres of water drunk – yay! I have a strong suspicion that this will result in a jump on the scales in the morning, but I can rest assured that it’s All Just Water!

Another fully virtuous day today – I’m starting to remember what that felt like.  It was my first day back at work today, and my worst transgression was sniffing the chocolates in the large, full tin of Quality Streets.  I also brought the 12+ mince pies we had lurking in our kitchen at home, to work, so they can lurk in the kitchen there.  I’ve been watching them slowly disappear as my co-workers “deal with them” for me – what marvellous folk! 😉

No exercise except my cycling to and from work (which is acceptable on Attack, especially being on a my fourth PP day in a row) – my energy levels were pretty low today, and J was feeling it too, as it’s been his first Dukan day.  I do believe I’ll sleep well tonight…
