Day 214 – Sixth day of re-attack

Morning weigh-in 93.0kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0.4kgs/ 0.88lbs
  • Total lost 19.4kg/ 42.46lbs

Watercheck – 3.2l including water, diet coke, 2 gin&diet cokes


  • Oatbran Porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Mug of tea

Morning snack

  • Mug of coffee
  • 2x chocolate oatbran muffins
  • a generous sniff of the chocolate tin – surely that’s gotta have calories in it?! 😉


Afternoon snack

  • Mug of coffee
  • a few spoons of fat free yoghurt with orange essence (too much) and sweetener


  • 3/4 chicken at Nandos

Late snack

  • 2x lindt balls
  • a sneaky bite of one of J’s chocolate oatbran muffins
  • 2x Gin & diet coke


  • 50 mins cycling to and from work & around town
  • 15 mins brisk walking across the Meadows

Yes, I know.  The chocolate monster got hold of me late in the evening – but I’m pleased to say that I didn’t enjoy the two lindt balls I gobbled. Hurray? Also, I’m not proud, but it’s Friday and I had 2x Gin & diet cokes.  I DID enjoy those… 😉

Not to worry, I know that today was an almost perfect day apart from that – lots of exercise (the snow is back!) and mostly only “good” things to eat.  I can feel a whoosh coming on! I reckon I peed more than I drank…
