Day 216 – Cruise (PV)

Morning weigh-in 90.9kgs – Ripper!

  • Daily LOSS 0.4kgs/ 0.88lbs
  • Total lost 21.4kg/ 47.08lbs

Watercheck – 3l at least

Breakfast

  • Oatbran Porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • 2x mugs of tea

Lunch

  • Sirloin steak with half a grilled tomato, along with a rocket & parmesan salad from Gusto – lunch out with J

Dinner

  • 2 packs of Sainsburys chicken satay kebab mini skewers
  • a couple of slices of cheese
  • 3 slices of ham

Exercise

  • about 3 hours walking around town, at least 1 of which was very swift walking

Another whoosh today, not that I can expect this run to last now that J and I have started Cruising.  I’ve been fantasizing about vegetables this week, but in fact, I didn’t end up having much vege today at all – I was out in town all day and didn’t end up finishing making my pot of soup until midnight!

But another PP day tomorrow, I shall look forward to my soup on Tuesday.

I’m feeling a bit sheepish about all the cheese I ate tonight – I was in a cheesy mood.  Hey, at least it was cheese and not chocolate! 🙂

    Well done!! You’re almost out of the 90 kgs! That is awesome. I’m soo proud of you and you’re such a big inspiration to me. I messed up today and was starting to doubt what i’m doing, but not anymore. Thanks to you 🙂 Keep it up!

    Hi, I just thought I would leave a comment…I have recently started the dukan diet (2nd Jan) and I am onto the cruise phase…I am finding it brilliant; and have found reading your blog so encouraging! keep up the good work…from what I have read you are doing brilliantly!

      Welcome to the Dukan diet!! 🙂 You’re in for quite a ride! I’ve had a good run on this diet, but I’m finding things hard back in after Christmas, especially with the dark weather – definitely an easier diet to start in the spring-summer…

      How are you going on it so far? Have you got a long journey towards your target weight?

    charlotte im so pleased ur back with it now after your lapse at christmas. ur back on form, witty and succeeding. loving it. well done mate. me and liberty are up to meet for the roller thingy and do brunch before hand. cant wait to get together again and to do something very different. i assume we are just spectating at the roller thingy? !! take it easy and keep up the awesome work. well done to J too- xx
