Day 220 – Cruise, PV

Morning weigh-in 92.4kgs

  • Daily LOSS 0kgs/ 4.18lbs (from yesterday, which I didn’t blog about)
  • Total lost 19.9kg/ 43.78lbs

Watercheck – 1.8l or so

Breakfast

  • Oatbran Porridge
  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Mug of tea

Lunch

  • beef and winter vege stew
  • Afternoon snack
  • Mug of coffee

Afternoon snack

  • Mug of coffee

Dinner

  • salad with lean beef burgers, tomato, lettuce, a little fetta
  • muller light toffee flavour

After dinner crumble

  • 5 Lindt balls
  • 3 AfterEights

Exercise

  • 25 mins to and from work on bike, cycling HARD back from work to make it to the butchers before they closed to pick up our lean beef sausages and burgers

My legs are seriously sore right now from my mammoth effort cycling home in 12.5 minutes.   It usually takes me 8-10 minutes to get to work, but about 17 mins to get home- it’s downhill there, which means uphill back. I don’t know if there are many of you out there who know Edinburgh (I know of a few- love you guys!) but it’s a city built on hills. Lots of them.  And some of them are bloody steep. So I’m feeling pretty chuffed at my homewards cycle- it just goes to show that if I really put my back into it, i can make it home in no time. And, as one of my favourite edinburghers-turned-sanfranciscoian likes to say, “just think of the calories, Charlotte!”

Not proud of my chocolate binge this evening, but I was good for the rest of the day.  I really need to talk to J about either getting rid of those leftover Christmas Chocolates, or sealing up the box.  J’s self control is better than mine, maybe I’ll put them in the closet behind his desk…
