  • 2 jammie dodgers – hangover cure?

Afternoon snack

  • Another 2 chocolate puds
  • 4 biscuits (recovering from hangover now)

Dinner

  • Another bowl of chicken vegetable soup, then early to bed.

Exercise

  • 25 cycling to and from work

Oooooh my god.  Cosmos last night were SUCH a mistake. Felt the hangover pretty keenly today. I’m never drinking again – especially not on a school night.  The bad foods were kinda required today. I was so poorly that I had to have a 20 power nap over lunch.

Once again, I didn’t get the walk I had planned.  I’m home now and I just want to crawl into bed.  In fact, at 9pm, that’s where I’m going now.

  1. I think you did really well today considering the hangover!! I don’t think I would have managed the cycle to work and certainly would have more biscuits and rubbish than that, well done! I did really well but then blew it about ten minutes ago with a bag of mini eggs, whoops! Tomorrow is another day……… x
