Day 242 – Cruise PV

Morning weigh-in 93.0kgs

  • Daily LOSS 1.2kg/ 2.64lbs
  • Total lost 19.3kg/ 42.46lbs

Breakfast

Morning snack

  • 2x microwaved eggs
  • Mug of tea

Lunch

  • Small serving of chinese mince
  • Small serving of Chicken & vegetable soup

Afternoon snack

  • Mug of coffee with sweetener

Dinner

  • Chilli beef burgers with salad, a little melted cheese & tomatoes (no bread, obviously)
  • 2x chocolate puds

Exercise

  • 25 mins walk to work
  • 35 mins walk home against a fierce headwind

Wow, what a day! The wind is blowing a gale out there, our windows keep popping open, and the wind is like ice.  Not a day to be cycling – I nearly got blown off my bike yesterday, and at one point was facing such a heavy headwind that I was cursing and puffing to even get my bike MOVING!

Exciting!! 😉

Hence, the walk to and from work rather than cycling – I think I’d rather have both feet on the ground rather than risk being blown into the side of a truck.
