Day 245 – Cruise PP

Morning weigh-in 92.6kgs

  • Daily GAIN 0.4kg/ 0.88lbs
  • Total lost 19.9kg/ 43.78lbs

Watercheck – 2.2l

Breakfast

Lunch

  • 100g smoked salmon
  • Some chicken thigh & breast meat
  • a little xl philly with the salmon

Afternoon grazing

  • microwaved cheese crisp
  • Southern fried chicken fridge raiders (I don’t know what else is in them, but they appear to have very low carbs AND very low fat) – delish when heated in the microwave, it really softens them up and brings out the flavour.

Dinner

  • 5 chipolata sausages
  • 2 chocolate puds
  • 4 plain digestive biscuits

Exercise

  • 25 mins cycling to and from work

Le Sigh.  More biscuits after dinner – I was doing so well until that point.  I really need to get out and do the exercise I’ve been promising myself for ages, but my get-up-and-go is lagging behind these days.

In other news, we are now proud owners of a slow cooker, which I’ve just put on with a chicken casserole.  Any and all low-carb slow cooker recipes, send em my way! 🙂
