Day 253 – Mini attack day 2

Morning weigh-in 93.0kgs

Breakfast

Second breakfast

  • Mug of tea on arriving at work

Lunch

  • 400g grilled chicken thigh
  • Shapes chocolate pud (second last one!)

Afternoon snack

  • Mug of coffee with sweetener

Dinner

  • Chicken fridge raiders x3 with a little sweet chilli sauce
  • A little leftover chicken & vege stew – J had some but there was too much so I had the leftovers.
  • Muller light strawberry

Exercise

  • 50 min walk to and from work

Well, first day of re-attack was obviously a success! Check out all that water weight gone, almost 2 litres!

I managed to lock myself out of the flat this morning, so ended up walking to and from work rather than cycling – which is a good thing, cause I was in no mood to go out walking this evening.  Yes, my tooth is still causing my problems.  Well, it’s not my tooth, but rather the gums around the tooth.  Long story, but essentially the dentist must have fudged the tooth shaping last time I went, cause now every last bit of food I chew is getting stuck between.  I had to floss BETWEEN mouthfuls today at lunch.  This, of course, leads to a madly sore gum, and throbbing jaw pain.

I couldn’t cope with the idea of anything other than soft foods this evening – Fridge Raiders may not be the most healthy of foods, but they’re relatively low in fat and carbs, and high in protein, and actually taste quite passable once you’ve zapped them in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.

    How are you?? I have sooo much reading to catch up on with you on your blog and from what I’ve just seen, WOW! Paris?! I can only imagine 🙂 Remember….Paris 😛
    Sorry for disappearing from the face of the Earth, well at least the Down Under side, for a while. But I’m back! I promise I will be ’round your blog much more often, perhaps even stalking, as I have found myself with a lot of free time in Japan 🙂
