Breakfast

Lunch

  • 400g grilled chicken thigh

Afternoon snack

  • about 8 chocolate biscuits (uber stressful day)
  • a bowlful of crisps left over from the meeting

Dinner

  • Sirloin steak
  • green salad with capsicum, spring onion, tomato and a little goats cheese (for naughtiness)

Exercise

  • 25 min cycle to and from work

Apologies for the lack of posting recently – it’s partly due to my shame at the rubbish that I’ve been eating (though at least the weight’s been holding steady) and partly because I’ve had super busy days and haven’t been recording what I’ve been eating throughout. I’m blogging this post from the future, so I hope I’ve remembered everything.

I know, I know.  Chocolate biscuits.  Remember Paris and all.  Not to worry, I’ll get there.

J is doing exceptionally well so far, without really trying.  He’s down just over 10lbs now, and doesn’t suffer from the inevitable jump on days after eating carbs.  Lucky duck.
