Day 262 – Cruise PV

Morning weigh-in 93.0kgs

  • Today’s LOSS: 0.6kg / 1.32lbs
  • Total lost 19.3kg/ 42.46lbs

Watercheck – 2.1l – water and tea only

Breakfast

Morning snack

  • Mug of tea
  • 4 chocolate biscuits

Lunch

  • Chicken salad with lettuce, capsicum, cherry tomato, spring onion and goats cheese with a low fat honey mustard dressing

Afternoon snack

  • another 4 chocolate biscuits (at least)
  • Strawberry fat free Activia

Dinner

  • Chicken vegetable soup
  • Strawberry Muller Light

Exercise

  • 25 min cycle to and from work

Not much to report.  I was bad.  I ate biscuits.  I forgot about Paris.

I did, however, restrict my liquid to cups of tea and water. No diet coke.

Expecting jump on the scales tomorrow from all those biscuits.

  1. Sounds like we had similar days yesterday! The biscuit tin totally took hold of me yesterday too and this mornings weigh in reported an increase. Today however is going well……so far!

    Biscuit tins should be banned. We never used to have one, but during our building project, the guys who came in to do wiring etc were so much easier to get on site when news of choci bicies percolated around the district.
    Must find a dog to eat the remaining biccies …

    Hi
    I have read all your blog over the last week- it’s very inspirational!
    So I started attack on tues and start cruise today 3lb down as Dr Dukan predicted. I have no book yet but just have 2 questions- can I eat peppers on cruise and is it now I increase the oatbran to 2 tbs?
    Do you find alcohol affects you more on this diet? I remember that from a flirt with Atkins a few years ago so guess it’s the same.

      Thanks for the lovely words!

      In answer to your questions – yes, you can have peppers on cruise, but only on Protein+Vege days (PV) – every other day. And yes, move on to 2tbsp of oatbran every day.

      In terms of alcohol, yes, I think it does affect me more. Cheap drunk… hehehe…

      You DEFINITELY need to get the book. I can’t emphasise this enough. I’ve never had a more useful book, honestly.
