Day 265 – Cruise PP

Morning weigh-in 93.6kgs

  • Today’s GAIN: 0.7kg / 1.54lbs
  • Total lost 18.7kg/ 41.14lbs

Watercheck – 2.2l – water, tea and diet coke

  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of Wiltshire ham

  • 2x beef burgers with cheese melted on top

  • 10 mins of cycling to and from my jewellery class

Today was my big Metal Clay course – all day.  It was brilliant – I ended up making this really complicated piece, which pretty much took all day.  Unfortunately it split in the kiln, though the instructor has taken it home and is going to fix it for me.  Here’s a photo of my main project – very Stargate inspired… 😉

This was a really fun course… I can’t wait to get the finished product back from the instructor!

Not much exercise today, but not much food either! Aside from the Vodka and Diet Coke, it was a pretty much perfect Pure Protein day!  My goal is to get a good walk in at lunchtime tomorrow.

Hi I was on the course with you and was just being nosey, after you said you had a blog I couldn’t resist! That piece has turned out reallly well! It’s gorgeous, you’re so much braver than me I would have been too scared to try anything so complicated so soon!

P.s, your weight loss is just totally inspiring 🙂

    • Hi Emma!

It was great to meet you on Sunday – we had a blast, didn’t we? I picked up my repaired piece from the shop yesterday (Other Emma did a flawless job repairing it) and I’m wearing it on a chain around my neck now – I LUUUURRRVE it! Next paycheck, I’m totally going out and buying more clay, equipment and findings…

I’m tellin’ ya, if you do it properly, Dukan works a treat. Physically, it actually can’t go wrong, plus you get to eat as much (of the good foods) as you like! And much cheaper than food bars, not to mention more natural… When you’re ready, I can’t recommend enough giving it a go! 🙂

Oh it was so much fun 🙂 I’m the same I’m itching to do more! Will also definately be doing the clay and dichroic glass course in may, I can see this getting seriously addictive!

I think I’ll be following a dukan style plan when I get to goal to maintain tbh as I really can’t trust myself around food at the mo!

      • Hurray for the dichroic glass course – are you going to do the whole weekend – making the glass on Sat and then setting it on Sunday? I’m tempted, but it’s gonna be an expensive month… I’ll definitely be booking in for the Sunday class – I’ll see you there! 🙂
