Day 266 – Cruise PV

Morning weigh-in 93.1kgs

  • Today’s LOSS: 0.5kg / 1.1lbs
  • Total lost 19.2kg/ 42.24lbs

Watercheck – 1.3l – water and tea, plus about 0.9l of fruity cocktails

Breakfast

Morning snack

  • 3 chocolate biscuits

Lunch

  • Chicken caesar salad with salami, chicken, cos lettuce, & a little parmesan cheese

Dinner

  • 3x microwaved eggs
  • 3x fruity cocktails

Exercise

  • 30 mins cycling to and from work

I was just not hungry this evening.  Three eggs was my limit – along with the three cocktails, which I perhaps oughtn’t have had.  I also didn’t manage a walk – but more because I’d accidentally left my walking shoes at work!  I must remember to take them home with me…

I got my pendant back from the shop where I’d done my course – it’s beeyoodiful!  I’m wearing it on a chain around my neck as I type.
