Morning weigh-in: 94.2kg

  • Daily LOSS .7kgs / 1.54lbs
  • Total lost 18.1kg/39.82lb

Watercheck – 2.7l by 21.00 – 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee, the rest tapwater

Breakfast

  • 2x microwaved egg
  • oatbran porridge
  • cup of tea

Morning snack

  • Cup of tea

Lunch

  • The other 1/2 of the Tesco roast chicken from yesterday with a little xl Philly cheese as dip
  • 3 slices of ham

Afternoon snack

  • Cup of coffee – a Starbucks Americano, with a little skinny milk and a sweetener tab

Dinner

  • Tesco roast chicken
  • Some smoked salmon slices with XL philly, a squeeze of lemon juice, and black pepper
  • 3 chicken satay skewers
  • 1 mini babybel light

Exercise

  • 35 min cycle to and from work with a few detours for running errands

Another Very Good Day.  I looked at the biscuits in the office biscuit box today, but I resisted.

Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I’ve gone 2 days without veering off-diet.  It’s been a long time since I managed that, I can tell you.

Another evening of no walk – again, the weather was pretty horrid again – more wind and rain.  The mornings this week have been marvellous, and then it’s just turned horrible every evening.  If I didn’t have such a hugely busy week which meant that I had to work over lunchtime, I’d have been out for a walk at midday before the wet came…

Not to worry, I feel like I’m getting back on track now.

  1. Way to go Charlotte.. I knew you could do it….now DO NOT waiver at all….. You are in control..you are strong ….your health is way more important than a little taste of this or that which leads to a mouthfull which leads to a binge….. You know that if you can stay on it for 10 days, you have it made…you will no longer crave and your will power goes wayyyyyyyyyy up…
    Think of staying on the eating plan as the goal not the weight loss….that is just an added bonus…..if you never lose another pound..you are still successful as long as you donot gain…

    Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process.

    • Hee hee! I already put you on my list yesterday or the day before! I got all confused when you asked me to put you on, cause I thought I’d already done it! Turns out, I had! 😉

      I’m afraid that today I had a teensy tiny crumb of chocolate cake that got on my finger as I was cutting cake for someone’s birthday in the office. I didn’t have a slice, but I tell you what, the desire for more cake was mighty powerful. I ended up going and getting myself a microwaved egg (that’s three for today, lucky my cholesterol’s fine) to get the chocolatey taste out of my mouth. It worked a treat! 🙂

    I notice you dont eat a lot of dairy/yogurts etc, is there a reason for that?

    • Hey Lotts,

      No particular reason – I just don’t like them a huge amount. Having said that, I’m literally eating a plain Activia right now… 😉

  3. I am seriously impressed that you cut cake for other people and didn’t eat any yourself! That is will power right there!
    Well done for getting back on track. I have been hopeless for a long time now, need to refocus and trying to find the energy and motivation to do so. Once I get back in to it I know I will be fine but I just can’t get going again.
    Well done and keep up the good work, you can do it
