Day 288 – Cruise, PP

Morning weigh-in: 95.9kg

  • Total lost 16.4kg/36.08lbs

Watercheck – 2.1l – tea, water and low calorie cordial.

Breakfast

  • Flaxseed bread with XL philly and vegemite
  • Mug of tea

Lunch

  • Mini chicken breast fillets
  • 2x babybel light
  • some xl philly

Dinner

  • 6x slices of smoked Tesco ham – not great, really watery actually
  • some austrian smoked cheese – also not great, I threw out most of it
  • 2x chicken fridge raiders
  • 1 muller light strawberry

Exercise

  • 25 mins cycle to and from work

I had to work late this evening, hence no walk as I would have liked.  My schedule’s clearing up rapidly though, and the sun’s coming back rapidly.

I have George Harrison in my head on repeat play these days – “here comes the sun, little darlin’, here comes the sun and I say, it’s alright…”
