Day 347 – Attack day 3 of 7

Morning weigh-in: 94.8kg – I’d call that a whoosh

  • Daily LOSS 1.2kg / 2.64lbs
  • Total lost 17.5kg /38.5lbs

Watercheck – Lots of liquid, but too much of it was alcohol

  • Oatbran porridge
  • Scrambled eggs
  • 2 gluten free sausages
  • Mug of coffee
Morning snack
  • Mug of coffee

  • Wedding food.  Eek.  They had NOTHING low carb on offer, unfortunately, so I danced off the excess…

  • Lots of Ceilidh dancing at a wedding
Yep, that’s definitely a whoosh – this is why I love Attack, you get results FAST.
I drank far too much champagne at the wedding, and had naughty things like potatoes and later on, a bacon roll on white bread, and also some wedding cake.  I blame the dancing.  I did dance my little feet off though.
Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Hi Charlotte, congratulations on your engagement! What a great reason to start this again 🙂

I’m thinking of starting it myself and I’m also from the UK. I was wondering where you go to get your oatbran? I’ve been hunting in some stores and can’t seem to find it! Only porridge oats which I don’t think are quite right…hmmm!

    Any advice would be fantastic!

    • Hi Lucy,

I get mine either from Realfoods around the corner in Edinburgh (basically a wholefoods store) or from Tesco – they have a wholefoods section. Apparently there’s a bit of a shortage right now. I blame Kate Middleton and her gang – they all did Dukan before the wedding…

Porridge oats are definitely not right. Don’t do that. 😉

I get my oatbran in Julian graves or holland and Barrett and gojiberries seem cheapest from co- op
