Day 18 – Cruise PV

Morning weigh in: 96.1kg <– at least it’s not up! 🙂

No daily change
Total loss: 3.8kgs / 8.36lbs

Watercheck:  2.4l coffee, water, pear cider and beer. oops.

Breakfast

  • Mug of coffee
  • 3 microwaved eggs
  • Oatbran porridge with cinnamon

Lunch

  • Chicken salad

Afternoon snack

  • Fat free fromage frais with liquid sucralose and plain cocoa (I love this so much!)

Dinner

  • Bottle of beer and a pint of pear cider
  • late night slice of ham with XL philadelphia

Exercise

  • 25 mins cycling to and from work
  • another 45 mins on the bike to and from an event with friends in the evening

Uhhhh… Don’t scold me about the bottle of beer the pear cider for dinner. All there was to eat was pizza! I was out with friends and there was NO Dukan friendly options. So I decided that alcohol would be better than pizza – at least there was no fat-carb interaction going on – I just went with pure carbs. Mmmm-mmmmmmm. 😉

Besides, by the time I got home (around 10pm) it was too late to have anything to eat except a slice of ham and some philly – just in time to brush my teeth and go to bed shortly after. Like, about now. G’night! 🙂
